Inspired by the Saxony princess of Lucas Cranach, here the young princess meets with a dragon. The colours are limited to focus on the intensity of the scene. The two characters converse, the hair of the young girl merging with the flames of the dragon. They are both victims of circumstance, the princess has been sent there by others, just as the dragon is reduced to eating princesses as they have no other food.
